I took my mom today for Mothers Day. They had a wonderful special I plan to take her again next year if it’s Gods will we truly enjoyed it. The food was delicious . Our waitress Braylynn was amazing she said it was only her 3rd day working I was totally blown away she was very attentive and knowledgeable. My experience was fantastic! Thank you Braylynn for the great service..10-10 Highly recommend !!
I always have the boiled seafood.. This time, I tried the combo fried shrimp and fish with regular fries.. Delicious and it just doesn’t get any better than what I just ate.. I’m from Louisiana and this is hands down the best fried seafood I’ve had since I’ve moved here 2 years ago.. 2 thumbs up to the cook!! No bread to go with it, my only wish..lol.... Update, their shrimp gumbo is not very good, it’s been 2 days and I am still paying for it.. greasy..
Went in tonight from Washington State and it was the absolute best restaurant experience. I had served Abby and she was very delightful and the most kindest person ever. Manager Maggie came and checked on us and made sure our experience was amazing.
Everything was great except our waitress. She couldn’t stay off her phone. She came by to get our order, then came by to ask if we were ready for the check. She said she just moved from Monticello and was talking to her family. Look, customer service 101. I get it we all got family things going on but don’t stop doing your job to be on your phone. That’s why you got a small tip and luckily you even got a tip at all.
I love her so much she’s so nice and outgoing she made my time here enjoyable... she made it more easier for me to order... I got her name it was Jenni I hope I have her next time
First time visiting this restaurant and our server was very helpful. Food basically comes in a plastic bag which was a first. Crab was nice as was the clams.
The bartender, Jamerra, was very helpful in getting me my order quickly and efficiently. She was friendly, responsive, and her customer service was superb. The food was great and I enjoyed the atmosphere. I will definitely be back soon!
Our server tonight was Destiny, and she was fantastic! The food was great and she made sure an accommodated us on our requests based on our complaints from the last time we had eaten here. Will be requesting her as our server every time from now on if she's available!
